Installation

No issues. I opted for custom partitioning (partitions were already in place from previous install) and to keep Windows VIsta partitions (System/Recovery) intact.

Boot Time (Power on -> login screen)

First boot following install = 50 seconds (including default 10 second grub menu delay)

Login Time (Login screen -> usable desktop)

First login following install = 80 seconds
Second login = 50 seconds

Sound
Sound was broken for speakers and headphones following install. To get sound working add the following to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf;

options snd-hda-intel model=hp-m4 enable_msi=1
